Does this foundation truly match every skin tone perfectly?
No, and we will not claim that. It comes in three shades — Light, Medium and Natural — and the formula blends towards your tone as you work it in, so each shade covers a range rather than one exact match. It will not match every skin tone on earth. If yours does not match, the Colour-Match Guarantee covers you.
Is this suitable for combination skin?
Yes. It is a lightweight, breathable stick rather than a heavy base, so it tends to sit well on combination skin. If you run very oily through the T-zone, set those areas with a powder.
How long does it last through the day?
It is made for all-day wear through a normal day. Heat, humidity, exercise and touching your face all shorten that, which is why the stick format helps — it fits in a pocket for a touch-up.
How does the adaptive shade actually work?
The stick applies pale and the pigment disperses as you blend, so the shade settles closer to your own tone than it looked going on. It is a blending effect, not a scan of your skin — it narrows the gap between the stick and your tone, it does not read your face.
What if I am not satisfied?
Email support@wickybeauty.com within 30 days of delivery. If the shade is wrong we will send the right one; if it is not for you we will refund you. For hygiene reasons opened cosmetics cannot be resold, so there is nothing to post back.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on where you are, and you will get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Is the formula safe for sensitive skin?
It is a standard cosmetic foundation formula. If your skin reacts easily, patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours before putting it on your face, and stop if you see irritation. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your doctor first.
