Will this get rid of my eye bags?
We are not going to promise that. It applies warmth, gentle pressure and low-level light to the area around your eyes for ten minutes. It does not remove fat pads, and any product claiming to do that without surgery is overstating what it can do.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
It is designed for gentle use on the eye area and the warmth is closer to a flannel than a heat pack. Start on the lowest of the three intensity levels and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. If your skin reacts easily, try a shorter first session.
How often should I use it?
